Havelyn offers three categories of offerings:

• Legal Support Services: Personalized assistance with contract review, due diligence, registration procedures, and negotiation guidance.

• Physical Goods: Sealed document kits and printed materials shipped to your address.

3. Service Fees and Scheduling

Fees for legal support services are disclosed at the time of inquiry. Scheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed session. Late requests may be subject to an additional charge or may be treated as completed service.

4. Reimbursement and Refund Policy

Havelyn processes reimbursement requests as follows:

• Legal Support Services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled meeting qualify for a full reimbursement of the paid service fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocation of staff and preparation time.
• Information Products: Digital items are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded. This policy is necessary because digital content can be duplicated immediately upon delivery.
• Physical Goods: Sealed kits may be sent back within 30 days of shipment date. Items must remain unopened and in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, Havelyn will issue a refund via the original payment channel within 14 business days.

5. Reimbursement Process

6. Rescheduling Policy

7. No Reimbursement Justification

For services and digital items, immediate preparations and delivery processes incur non-recoverable costs. Therefore, no reimbursement is granted once work has commenced or digital access has been provided. This ensures quality and dedication to each client.

8. Modifications to These Terms

Havelyn reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The latest version is dated 2026 and applies to all orders and appointments made thereafter.
